Do 10 Things To Change Your Life Forever

“Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future”
~ John F. Kennedy

The one constant thing in our life is change. We cannot avoid it and the more we resist change the tougher our life becomes. We are surrounded by change and it is the one thing that has the most dramatic impact on our lives. Change has the ability to catch up with you at some point in your life. There is no avoiding it because it will find you, challenge you, and force you to reconsider how you live your life.
Change can come into our lives as a result of a crisis, as a result of choice or by chance. In either situation we are all faced with having to make a choice – do we make the change or not? I believe it is always better to make changes in your life when you choose to rather than being forced to.
We however cannot avoid the unexpected events (crisis) in our lives because it is these events that challenge our complacency in life. What we can control when we are experiencing these challenging events, is how we choose to respond to them. It is our power of choice that enables us to activate positive change in our lives.
Acting on our power of choice provides us with more opportunity to change our lives for the better. The more opportunities we create to change our lives the more fulfilled and happier our lives become. Here are 10 things that we can do in our life that will change our life for the good, forever:

1. Find Meaning In Life

Spend some time trying to sort out what is important in your life and why is it important. What is it that we want to achieve in our life? What are our dreams? What makes us happy? Our meaning in life gives us purpose and sets the direction of how we want to live our life. Without meaning we will spend the rest of our life wandering through life aimlessly with no direction, focus, or purpose.

2. Create A Dream Board

When we were children we would daydream all the time. We were skilled at dreaming and visualising what we would be when we grew up. We believed that anything was possible. As we grew into adults we lost our ability to dream. Our dreams became hidden and once we started to feel like achieving our dreams was impossible.
A dream board is a great way for us to start believing in your own dreams again. Seeing our dreams every day on a dream board brings our dreams to life. Our dreams become real and we start to have believe in the possibility of achieving these dreams.

3. Set Your Goals To Achieve Your Dreams

Once you know what is important in your life and what your dream life looks like for you, you need to take action and set your long-term, medium, and short-term goals. It is acting on these goals that enable you to achieve your dreams
Remember your goals may change. Always be flexible with setting and achieving your goals as things in life change and your goals need to reflect these changes. It’s the small steps that you take that create the momentum for change to happen in your life.

4. Let Go Of Your Regrets

Regrets will only hold you back in life. Regrets are events of the past and if you spend all your time thinking about the past you will miss the present and the future. You cannot change what you did or did not do in the past, so let it go. The only thing you have control over now is how you choose to live your present and future life.

5. Choose Some Really Scary Things To Do And Then Do Them

This is all about you choosing to step out of your comfort zone. Public speaking is one of the most frightening things anyone can do. I was petrified of public speaking however, I knew that I wanted to be a motivational speaker. So firstly I joined community radio program in my college to overcome my fear of public speaking. My first program  was terrible, my knees were knocking and my voice was trembling, I broke out in a sweat and I couldn’t stop shaking. But I did it and the feeling of completing the program, even though it was terrible was great. I chose to keep going and now I earn a as a motivational speaker and radio program presenter. I am still nervous when I get up to speak and present however it is an excited nervous and I love it.
Make a list of scary things that you would kind of like to do but are too afraid to. Put a plan in place and then go do them. Never stop doing scary things because if you do your life will become one of complacency and comfort.

6. Start Living A Well-Balanced Life

Our health does not remain the same. Our physical, emotional, and spiritual state changes, as we get older. What we can control however is how we feed our minds and our bodies. Living a balanced and healthy life builds our resilience to the physical changes of our body. Exercise is the best way in which we can attain a positive and optimistic attitude toward life.
Living a healthy, well-balanced life with lots of exercise is a lifestyle choice that without a doubt will give you a happier more satisfied and fulfilled life.

7. Face Your Fears

Its easy to ignore our fears and hope that they will go away. Unfortunately, it does not work like that. If you want to change your life, learn to master your fears so they can’t control you any longer. Our fears are only thoughts in our minds that are not real but over time we have become to believe that they are true. It is our fears in life that stop us from living our life to the fullest. We know when our fears are controlling our lives because we feel discontent, dissatisfied and unfulfilled.
Once we face our fears we take back our power to choose how we want to live our lives and when we do this we change our lives forever.

8. Accept You

The only person who is going to create change in your life is you! and to create that change you have to like you. There will be times in your life where you will face rejection and there will be people who will not like you that much. Accepting who you are and loving yourself helps you to move forward in your life. Putting yourself down all the time and wishing you could be better will only lead you to a life of unhappiness and discontent.
Find your courage, love yourself, and step out and do something crazy. Don’t worry about what anyone thinks or whether it is the right thing to do. In your heart if it feels right, act on it and go create the life you love.

9. Live In The Moment

Many of us tend to think that the grass is greener on the other side. Often, we get to the other side of the fence we find that this is not so. The motivation to change our lives comes from our desire to be happy. We are often so busy focusing on our pursuit of happiness that we miss the joy of actually living in the moment. Our desire to have happiness in our lives is a desire of a future state not of the present. We become so consumed with all our problems and discontent in the present we miss the precious beauty of the moment.
Sitting on the beach eating an ice-cream with your best friend or partner is a moment of happiness. Appreciating and showing gratitude on a daily basis is experiencing happiness in the moment. Helping those in need brings joy and happiness to us. This is what living our life in the moment is all about – don’t miss these moments because you are too busy focusing on your pursuit of happiness.

10. Experience The Joy Of Learning

Each time you learn something new you gain more knowledge and with more knowledge comes more confidence. Learning helps us to be more adaptable and flexible to new situations. Learning encourages us to be more creative and innovative in our thinking and we are therefor more comfortable with the unknown.
Reading books is a great way for us to learn. To fully embrace the joy of learning, never stop reading nor searching for more knowledge. Learning gives our life meaning and this is what makes our life worthwhile.
You have a choice to make as to how you want to change your life. Choosing to act on these 10 things will, without a doubt change your life forever. So what are you waiting for?  Go do these 10 things now!,,,
Have a great Life Ahead........

Don’t Ask For The Way...Just Make one

Because when you do, you’ll get lost.
The more you ask for the way, the more you’ll lose confidence in your own inner compass.
When you ask for the way, you’re going to hear many different opinions. Many different ways. And many different thoughts.
Only to be left with hundreds of different maps. That might or might not get you where you want to be.
And when you’re left with hundreds of different maps, with hundreds of different blueprints and recipes, how the hell do you even know which one is the right one for you? How do you know which one applies to you?
Right, you don’t know. And probably never will.
So instead of asking for the way all the time, instead of collecting dozens of different maps, try to listen more to that inner compass.
And be ready to accept the fact that taking the wrong exit every once in a while is part of the game.
It’s part of calibrating that inner compass of yours to get you where you want to be. Where you have to be…......So,  Stop, Think, Go ahead.....and achieve whatever you want....

Build The Life and Career As you Want

The world is changing rapidly. The way we work will keep changing. Entire industries are crumbling. Robots are eating careers. People are scared of losing their jobs. Nobody is safe. It’s hard to predict the next big thing. Until it’s here. But you can change with time to be relevant when the future is here.

People are now empowered to express themselves more than ever. The opportunities to create, to become a part of a global conversation and transformation are now more than you can ever imagine. There are now more free online resources to help you start and pursue your life’s work than you can ever imagine.

You can take your idea, business, or career, and turn it into something truly successful and amazing.
It’s easier to transform your passion into your job than finding a job that matches your what you love to do.

You can't do everything but can do something...

Do something interesting, meaningful, different, amazing and truly remarkable. You have a choice. Choose to show your most amazing work to the world.

Constantly push to evolve your ideas, even if you are not ready to launch your life’s work yet. Don’t get stuck!

“Whatever you dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it. Begin it now.” — Goethe

Be a part of the conversation, and say something remarkable. Create something unique, new, beautiful. Build upon the works of others and transform it into your own....

What you can choose to do to build a life that matters:

If you enjoy writing, find a topic you’re passionate about and start a website dedicated to covering that topic. Write a book. Share your tips with others online or through a free eBook. Write poetry and publish it on the web. Create interesting, lovely or funny videos, put them on You Tube.

Try something you’ve always been afraid to try, and put it on video. Be yourself, loudly....

Start a business that does a service you’ve always wanted, or that you are frustrated with in other companies because the service sucks. Put your heart into something...

Say something that no one else dares to say. Do something others are afraid to do. Help someone no one else cares to help. Make the lives of others better...

Inspire others by being inspiring. Teach young people to do amazing things. Write a play, get others to act in it, record it. Empower others to do things they’ve never been able to do before...

Read, and read, and then write. Love, and love, and then help others to love. Do something good and ask others to pass it on. Be profound.....

If you’re passionate about the business world or able to influence and encourage others in your own unique way. Be the life coach and motivational speaker...

Become minimalist in a world of dizzying complexity. Reach out to those who are frustrated, depressed, angry, confused, sad, hurt. Be the voice for those without one....

Meet new people, become fast friends. Dare to be wrong. Take lots and lots of pictures. Explore new cultures. Be different. Paint a huge mural. Create a web comic. Be a dork, but do it boldly....

Be interested in others. Surprise people. Cook great food, and share it. Be open-minded. Help someone else to start a small business. Focus on less but do it better...

If you’re willing to take the risk of sharing yourself and your ideas with the world, you can create value you will be proud of...

If you pursue your dreams long enough, compounding takes effect. Momentum will surge. Don’t give up just yet. Action begets outcome. Outcome begets action. Rinse, lather and repeat and you have momentum. You’ll become unstoppable.....

Start. Move, make, create, ship, do.... Just start... That’s what entrepreneurs do. They start. They start something. Sometimes it is something big...

Sometimes it is a big failure... Either way, they got stuff done..

So, don’t invest in a career... Build a life... Take your dreams seriously....

Have a great success ahead....

Create Yourself....Instead of Finding Yourself

Don’t invest in a career... Build a Life.

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” ― George Bernard Shaw
Today..lets talk something motivational....
You don’t have to but should you decide to accept a wrong role just because you need it, think about how long you will have to endure the pain of doing what you really don’t want..!
There is always a much better way to manage a round hole if you are a square peg. If you can’t find what you want, Create it...
Showing up is not sufficient. Make an impact. Take every opportunity to show up but reset expectations. Leave a mark. Show your most amazing work. Make bold challenge to pursue what you really want...
Don’t expect total acceptance of your ideas, prepare to be pushed, but don’t fall...
— Rules are meant to be broken, break them with pride if you have something significant to create or share...
“Be yourself- not your idea of what you think somebody else’s idea of yourself should be.” ― Henry David Thoreau
There will always be rules and limit, but guess what limits can be stretched. Every thing you are using right now has been improved upon. Think Apple, think different.
You may have been asking the wrong questions all this while.
— Start creating your own path
Can you create your own path?  Yes... you can..!  You think you are not capable but you can do more than you think you can... Don’t trust the system to take care of you...
Create you own system or rules and find a way to make it work.. Stick to the bigger picture but be prepared to embrace change along the way.
— Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you and you can change it, you can influence it, you can build your own things that other people can use.Once you learn that, you’ll never be the same again.” — Steve Jobs
Following instructions is no longer sufficient for your success.
— Don’t fear to stumble
The important thing about any journey is the courage to get back up and continue. There are countless stories about big entrepreneurs and great succeessful personalities who failed multiple times but still pursued their dreams in the midst of the stumbling blocks.
What is stopping you from trying out one of the many ideas in your notepad. Don’t fear to fail, if you are failing, fail fast and move on but whatever happens don’t give up on the bigger dream.
The path could change but the vision should be clear throughout the journey.
Don’t give in to the relentless pressure to get a job if you really want to create or start something on your own. What can you do next or better still what are you going to do next..! It’s about time you made your first innovative step. Take that bold step now...!
You don’t have to be right,,,you just need to start.
Fear is only as deep as the mind allows. — Japanese Proverb
Thoughts like “nobody will like it” “my friends will think I am crazy” can deter you from making any step into who you actually are or what you can accomplish.
Put your mind to getting things done instead of focusing on all the things that could go wrong..
Don’t escape from fear; embrace your deepest fear and fight it to overcome it!
Almost everyone can sprint. The road to mastery requires consistency. Everything meaningful in life is a marathon.
Give yourself the permission to think and act. Choose to do your most amazing work without anyone’s approval. Choose yourself today...!
You’ll suck at most things in the beginning. It takes time, persistence, and patience to create anything worthwhile. Keep on trying...
Keep doing what you love, even if no one buys it, sponsors it or shares it. It matters that you show up. The magic will eventually happen...!
“Don’t dare to be different, dare to be yourself — if that doesn’t make you different then something is wrong.” ― Laura Baker
Have a great success ahead....

My New Year Resolution: What about You???

Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year." — Ralph Waldo

I'm a big fan of New Year's resolutions. "New Year's resolutions" are yearly goals that we set for ourself at the beginning of a new year. We usually have to do with fitness, saving money, education, etc.

Every year we learn many things, commit many mistakes, enjoy a lot of moments and have some not so good experiences as well, sometimes tragic ones, but at the end of year, we again start planning for the new year.

People often make New Year's resolutions at the beginning of the year but don't end up keeping them.
That used to happen to me too. But this year i am getting serious about my new year resolutions and going to use
5 steps to achieving these.
some of the techniques that I'm describing below, which will be beneficial for you as well.

1. Only pick three goals

We should have one really important goal that we're going to achieve no matter what. We can set two other goals to work toward as well. Just remember to decide which goal is our "main" one.

Why am I being so restrictive? Because if we try to do more than three things at once, there are chances we'll get lost. We'll lost track of what's most important. We'll start to neglect one of our goals, and then we'll feel guilty about it. Soon we'll start to lose confidence in ourself.
So stick with one main resolution and two secondary ones.

2. Write the resolutions down and post them somewhere

Think of a single word to represent each of our resolutions. Write the word in big letters and post it somewhere in the home.

For example, if we want to lose weight, we can make a sign with the word "thin". Hang it on our refrigerator, so that every time we get food we'll be reminded of our resolution.

Don't just we should write resolutions down quietly, though. Announce them to our family and friends. Put them on Facebook page. Make copies of the resolution to hang in office and home. The more reminders, the better.

3. Turn each resolution into a habit

Now that we've chosen a goal, find something that we can do every day to work toward it. Working on our resolutions every single day is very, very effective.

If we do something every day, it becomes a habit. Soon we won't even think about it; we'll just do it naturally, like brushing our teeth.

4. Work on one habit per month

To achieve an important goal, we'll probably need to pick up several good habits. For example, to get in shape we'll need to exercise, cut down on our drinking, eat more vegetables, and so on.

If we try to pick up a lot of good habits at once, we're probably going to fail. It's just too hard to focus.
Instead,go for one good habit per month. After we've gotten used to the first one, we can then add the next one, and so on. For example,

if we want to save more money this year, we can add habits like this:

·     January: Write down our expenses each day
·     February: Make our own lunvh each day
·     March: Sell one used item from our home each day on the Internet
...and so on.

5. Use a calendar

A few years ago, I heard about the Jerry Seinfeld calendar technique.
The way it works is simple: get a calendar to put on the wall. Every day that we keep up our good habits, mark the day with an "X" on the calendar. Then try not to miss any days.

Seeing all of the hard work marked on the calendar will motivate us to continue working hard every day.

Review:

To review, here's how we can make New Year's resolutions this year and really keep them:

  • Pick one main resolution and one or two secondary ones.
  • Write your resolutions down and post them in easy-to-see places.
  • Find a way to work on our resolutions every day.
  • Start just one new habit per month.
  • Keep track of our progress on a calendar....

So what are your resolutions going to be? Something related to.....? What are you going to do each day to achieve your goals???

With warm regards and great best wishes for your success, I wish you a happy, healthy, prosperous, outstanding new year as you adopt these New Year's resolutions and add a few more of your own…..
